The God Who Sees...

You're the God who sees...
every broken dream,
tear that falls,
heart that breaks.

You're the God who sees...
every way-ward turn,
every mistake,
the path we take.

You're the God who sees...
the pain,
confusion,
longing.

You're the God who sees...
the prayers of our heart,
true longings and desires,
the forgiveness we seek.

You're the God who sees...
me step out in faith,
trusting again,
as scared as I may be.

You're the God...
who never fails,
never leaves,
always answers.

This post was written a month or so ago.  I have held it dear until now.
May you be encouraged no matter what you are facing today that...

God Sees You
and
He Loves You Deeply.

Counting Gifts...that God's Love...
 Never Fails.
Never Leaves.
Always Answers.

That We Might See...

It's in the looking back that I see...
Vivid Hands of my Savior holding me tight.
Hands that protect.
Hands that guide.
Hands that provide.

His Hands that never let me go and remind me over and over...

There is always Trust.
There is always Hope.

22 Because of the LORD’s great love we are not consumed,
 for his compassions never fail.
23 They are new every morning;
 great is your faithfulness.
Lamentations 3:22-24 NIV

He was with me on that Journey and has been ever since.
Vivid Hands that promise He will never leave nor forsake.
Vivid Hands nailed to the cross that we might see...

In looking back, what might you see through His Hands?
By His Grace,
Cole

Joining The Gypsy Mama and others for Five Minute Friday where:
"On Fridays around these parts we stop, drop, and write.

For fun, for love of the sound of words, for play, for delight, for joy and celebration at the art of communication.
For only five short, bold, beautiful minutes. Unscripted and unedited. We just write without worrying if it’s just right or not." ---The Gypsy Mama

Believe {Journey of Providence Day 5}

When I looked at the trials and who God was through the trials,
my view was skewed.
My thoughts and emotions were a train wreck...
each threatening to flip the next car of the track.

Only when I began to,
“Look at circumstances through the promises of God.” {Charles Swindoll}
...Did my journey, the detour, begin to take on new meaning.

It is then I finally started to trust that:
God is intimately involved in our lives down to the smallest detail...
Even the the detours and trials.

He walked the same earth we walk.
He understood the same feelings we have.
He experienced pain for us.
Pain on the cross.

2 Consider it pure joy, my brothers, whenever you face trials of many kinds, 3 because you know that the testing of your faith develops perseverance. 4 Perseverance must finish its work so that you may be mature and complete, not lacking anything. 5 If any of you lacks wisdom, he should ask God, who gives generously to all without finding fault, and it will be given to him. 6 But when he asks, he must believe and not doubt, because he who doubts is like a wave of the sea, blown and tossed by the wind. 7 That man should not think he will receive anything from the Lord; 8 he is a double-minded man, unstable in all he does.
James 1:2-8

We will face trials, detours, in this life.
If we take the steps toward Him, persevere, He will give us wisdom.
We must believe in that wisdom and that God’s plan is good and best.

And pretty soon we come to this...

3 Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; 4 perseverance, character; and character, hope....
Romans 5:3-4

...Here is where it gets good friends...

Seeing

"Man does not see what the Lord sees, for man sees what is visible, but the Lord sees the heart." 1Samuel 16:7b

What does the Lord see in your heart today?

Love in HIM
